Novarielup S.A.S. (hereinafter "Novarielup", "we" or "the Company"), with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Tax ID 30-71823456-7, values your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data collected through the website novarielup.com, in compliance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you complete forms (name, email address) and technical data automatically generated during your browsing (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, language, date and time of access).

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used to manage your subscription, send you communications about new real estate crowdlending opportunities, improve our site, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out with your express consent, in accordance with article 5 of Law 25,326, and is also based on the legitimate interest of the Company for service improvement and fraud prevention purposes.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We may share your data with technology service providers (hosting, analytics, email marketing) acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while you keep an active subscription or for the applicable legal periods, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by emailing privacy@novarielup.com. The AAIP, located at Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 2, CABA, is the supervisory authority on data protection matters.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures —TLS encryption, access control, audit logs— to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
