1. Acceptance of the terms
Access and use of the website novarielup.com (the "Site") imply full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the user. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned by Novarielup S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823456-7, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice (IGJ) under No. 12,483.
3. Purpose
The purpose of the Site is to inform about Novarielup services related to real estate crowdlending in Argentina and to collect subscriptions from people interested in receiving information about future opportunities. The publications are informational and do not constitute a public offering of securities or financial advice.
4. Use of the Site
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, good faith and these terms. The use of the Site for illegal, fraudulent purposes, harmful to third-party rights or damaging to its technical operation is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the Site (texts, images, brands, logos, designs) are the property of Novarielup S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property and related regulations. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Novarielup S.A.S. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors. It will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Investment risks
Investments in real estate crowdlending projects involve risks and returns are not guaranteed. Before investing, we recommend analysing each opportunity and, where appropriate, consulting independent professional advisors.

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer.
9. Modifications
Novarielup S.A.S. may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from their publication on the Site.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
